How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with details of shipping including tracking details.

When will my order be delivered?

Art Greeting Cards
With Greeting Cards that are held in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days from receipt of our order confirmation (not including bank holidays or weekends).  You can select Royal Mail First or Second Class Post at checkout.  If you would like your order to be sent via Signed For Post or urgently, please contact us on sonyabullart@hotmail.com before you place your order as extra postage charges will apply.

Giclee Fine Art Prints
Giclee Fine Art Prints are printed to order so please allow 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation for your print to arrive.  However, most orders will be delivered within 7-10 days.  You will be notified via email once your order has been sent.  You can select Royal Mail First or Second Class Post at checkout.  If you would like your order to be sent via Signed For Post or urgently, please contact us on sonyabullart@hotmail.com before you place your order as extra postage charges will apply.

​Please note that during holiday periods, delivery times for both greeting cards and prints may vary.

​How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking instructions in your delivery confirmation email.  Please feel free to contact us if you would like any additional help.

​My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please contact us so we can look into this for you.  

Returns and Exchanges

​​What is your return policy?

Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, Sonya Bull Art will accept the return of unwanted goods and refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. 

Return postage costs are payable by the purchaser.  Please retain receipt of proof of posting when returning items.  We are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure your refund is dealt with quickly as possible.

​In the unfortunate event your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us and include a photo, where possible, showing the damage and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

​I've ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?

Please contact us to arrange discuss returning the item.  ​Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.   

​Please note that any personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
